Have you heard? Cat Adoption Team is turning our annual gala (aka “Whisker Wonderland”) into a big ol’ birthday party to celebrate 25 years of saving lives together. This may be our most fun night yet, and we want YOU to celebrate with us!
Get ready to jump in your time machine ‘cause we’re throwin’ it all the way back to the decade when CAT first started: the 1990s.
CAT’s 25th Birthday Bash is happening on Saturday, November 11. Together, we’ll celebrate CAT’s beginnings and the incredible people (and cats!) who’ve been a part of it all.
This event is going to be off the chain! We’re talking ’90s jams, ’90s vibes, and just about 90 ways you can invest in supporting cats and kittens. This night of nostalgia is a fantastic opportunity to reflect on the past 25 years and to look ahead at what the future holds. And to wear your freshest ‘90s styles, if you want! (Regular cocktail attire also welcome. 😸)
You’ve got two different ways to celebrate with us. Here’s how you can join in the Birthday Bash fun:
- In-person party. Get your ticket and gather with us at a brand-new event space in Portland. It’s gonna be da bomb with delicious veg-friendly food and drinks, raffle games, a great program, cute kittens, and plenty of other fun (like a ‘90s karaoke after-party—duh!). We’ll be joined by co-emcees Wesleigh Ogle, KATU anchor/report, and CAT’s own Heather Miller, plus fundraising host Walker Faison!
- Online event. If you’re out of town or just want to watch from home with your cats, no problem! You can still be a part of the action by tuning into the live event broadcast for free, from anywhere. It’s, like, literally CAT TV.
