Cat Adoption Team kitties are onsite every day at PetSmarts across the area and at the Tualatin Petco.

CAT volunteers are there during the weekends to help you adopt your new feline friend right from the outreach adoption center.

Interested in volunteering? Attend CAT’s New Volunteer Orientation at our Sherwood Shelter. The session will last approximately 90 minutes and will include information about the wide variety of volunteer opportunities CAT has available.

You do not need to RSVP. A link to the volunteer application will be provided at orientation.

Children must be at least 12 years old to volunteer; volunteers under 16 years old must volunteer alongside a parent/guardian during every shift.

Parking available in the shelter parking lot; ample street parking also available.

Petco 50th Anniversary Adoption Event

Stop by to see us and meet adorable kittens and cats for adoption! The Cat Adoption Team will be at Petco-Tualatin on Saturday and Sunday to celebrate Petco’s 50th Anniversary serving people and pets. In honor of Petco’s 50th, CAT is offering 50% off adoptions* for cats and kittens at the event! Plus, Petco will have additional festivities and sales throughout the store.

Cannot be combined with other CAT discounts or special adoption rates. All cats and kittens adopted from CAT will be spayed/neutered, current on vaccines, and microchipped with registration before going home. Regular adult cat adoption fees are $85.

Malea & The Tourists will perform for the 7th Annual “Purr-fect-ly Howl-a-ween Event. ~ A Donation Benefit for the Cat Adoption Team and the Oregon Humane Society.

Malea: lead vocals, Kit Taylor: piano/backing vocals, Steve Morgan: bass

Donation boxes will be available at the event for those who wish to make a donation in any amount to CAT and/or OHS.
