CAT has 70 surgical spots open for the “Jolly St. Snip” Free Feline Spay/Neuter clinic on December 4 so call now to schedule your cat’s appointment: (503) 925-8903 or 1-800-345-SPAY (7729). Feral cat caregivers can also participate by calling (503) 797-2606.
